I'm going to Alaska this mid year, so I kinda required some data on best nourishment places. This assisted alot and spare me some time. I heard alot of beneficial things about Southside Bistro. That is one of the spots I will look at.

Yes, that is correct. This was written a long time ago. It is amazing how much my life has changed since this. However, as I remember, it was a big hassle to have to remove it all and put it back for light from that particular window. However, it certainly made a huge different in my comfort levels at that time by keeping it all sealed up.

I'm a little confused. So, let me get this straight you stapled up a thermal blanket first? Correct? Then covered that up with a thicker thermal blanket then you put up blackout thermal curtains behind them all? Am I reading this correctly? What if I wanted to use the window for light one day?

I just want to make sure I am reading this correctly. Because we live on the third floor of an apartment, and it seems to take a lot to keep our apartment cool. Even when I keep the thermostat at 78 when we leave.

I was on Uberman for three months bfroee Dymaxion. I never wrote about it. I went on it for three months, came off it (one month in between where I slept normally'), then went to Dymaxion.30ish minute naps. My body has gotten pretty used to it by now. 29 minute naps, 25 minute naps, 32 minute naps, etc And it's going well. Nothing's changed for the worse.

Us humans are really good about rationalizing actions that are concurrent to our beliefs. So much in that sense that we won't even acknowledge the disparity between our actions and our thoughts.

Cognitive dissonance is a pain, so we avoid it any way we can...

I offten go to Simon and Seafort’s Saloon & Grill 420 L St. Anchorage, AK 99501. Simon and Seafort’s, often simply called Simon’s by the locals, is a great place to feast on some quality cuts of steak. Overlooking the Cook Inlet and the Alaska Range, it’s the perfect steakhouse to set the mood for a memorable romantic date.

This article is stupid. Plants don't have a central nervous system, animals do. Jose Carlos you are pathetic. Lions and tigers are WILD ANIMALS. It is in their instinct as wild animals to hunt and kill their prey, us humans are smarter than that and we don't have to hunt for food. Yes, there are starving people in Africa but for every person fighting for a better life for animals, there are many fighting for the people of Africa. It is obviously our passion and we are not freaks because of it. Ann: so does what you're saying mean if a person drives they are contributing toward thousands of the deaths of animals and humans? Check yourself.
