Night Vision by Suzanne Vega – Ungrateful by Ciro Hurtado

Meals

  • Artesian Water

lol… again the couch got me.   I thought, okay, I would get a quick nap in the comfort of the couch.  Yep, you can guess what happen.  The couch used it’s maniacal powers and when I was setting the time on an alarm down stairs I didn’t turn on the alarm part. lol… The couch wins again.  Luckily, Elizabeth stopped by this morning.  She was in town for a few hours.  So, she saved me from sleeping like 12 hours or something.  Of course it never fails, I get close to 2 hours yesterday and then the next day something happens and the time goes over 3 hrs.

After leaving Main Street, I pulled into a parking lot and fell asleep.  It took about 3 minutes before I was in dream land and when I woke, I was pretty much immediately okay.  Took about a minute to shake the fogginess from my mind.  I turned on my truck and headed out to go grocery shopping.

7pm – 18 min

Polyphasic Day 25 1900

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 order of crazy bread from Little Ceasers

Went to sleep and woke pretty easy, no issues to report.  Feel just a little tired, probably will wake fully up in a few minutes.

11pm – 4 min

Polyphasic Day 25 2300

Started Late – about an hour

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 2 Pretzel Rods with Organic Whole seed mustard
  • Rotisserie Chicken

I am not sure I even fell asleep but I was dreaming.  At one time my heart started pounding because I saw someone coming up the stairs with a gun from a dream point of view.  Just as they arounded the corner I opened my eyes to prove it was not real and of course there was no one there.  So, I just started dreaming something else, but I just couldn’t fall asleep.  I opened my eyes about every 2 minutes watching the timer click down and nearly the whole time I was dreaming.  Very strange experience, however, I bet later I will be very tired.  Well, today’s totally time is not bad considering how it started.

Total Sleep Time: 3 hr 06 m

Thus ends day 25 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project.

Sleep Well,
