Polyphasic Day 26 300

Meals

- Artesian Water
- 2 Pretzel Rods with organic mustard dip

LOL, gotta love Amazon for have the Snyder’s Pretzels. Yummo.  Back to the sleeping part, well, that didn’t happen.  I doubt I will make it through the day without oversleeping due to last nights 11pm session where I only slept 4 minutes and now zero minutes.  It is not looking good for our hero.

Polyphasic Sleep Day 26 1500

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 migas taco

Yep, I ate another migas taco, because I made a video of How to Make Migas due to a comment left by naromkram at his site The Nap Chronicles in which he mentions it is hard to get Migas in China.  I couldn’t really go to sleep because i was right in the middle of this project, but I tried.

I fell right to sleep; not even sure it took me 2 minutes.  I woke fairly easily, but right this moment I am tired and could sleep another 20 minutes.

Polyphasic Day 26 2300

Started Late – 1 hour

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 2 Chicken, Bacon, & Cheese tacos – homemade

I started an hour late, I just wasn’t tired.  However, I did lay down for 20 minutes and just thought about making cooking videos and stuff.  Callie, my cat, came over and laid on my chest.  She fell asleep, so at least one of us got some rest.  The timer eventually went off and I got up.  Not getting any sleep this time is not a good sign for tomorrow.

Total Sleep Time: 3 hr 02 min

Thus ends day 26 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project

Sleep Well,

JD
