Polyphasic Sleep – Day 9

Day 9 of Polyphasic Sleep
Total Sleep Time: 1hr 23min

3am – 0min
Due to all the time I slept yesterday, I just skipped this one.  Truth be told, I was watching “Ugly Betty”

7am – 25min
I thought I would make up some time, since I managed to stay away during this dreaded time, however I received a phone call and it cut my 40 minutes plan short. Huge fight with girlfriend, not sure how this will all play out with my sleep patterns, not really concerned about sleep right now

11am – 8min
Still fighting, she called during this sleep time too so it was cut short.

3pm – 18min
We are done fighting and everything is okay now and I was able to get some sleep.  Besides the whole emotional strain, the sleep part is doing really well.  Also, I didn’t have any coffee today, not sure if that really made a difference or not.

7pm – 17min
Fell asleep pretty quickly, but woke up for about a minute with 10 minutes left.

3am – 15min
I finally made it under 2 hrs for the day:   WOOT!!  I think this call for a celebration, a nice cold beer

This ends day 9 of Polyphasic Sleep following the Uberman schedule.

Sleep well,

JD
