Here is the fix:

Select Tools

Then Options

Then the Advanced tab

Then the Network tab.  In the network tab you will notice the area Connection, then click on Settings.

Make sure No Proxy is selected.

This fixed the problem with my cousin’s computer .  Have a wonderful day.
