Garlic Salt Mixture - 1 part Garlic powder, 3 parts Sea Salt, and half a part of Cayenne. Jenn says I need to explain this better. I put in Garlic Powder first and then add 3 times more of Sea Salt and then I add however much Garlic Powder I used, add half that in Cayenne.

Yes, just cayenne and cinnamon to the coffee. If you are using a French Press or drip coffee maker just add some cayenne and cinnamon to the coffee grains before you make it.

This was fun to read. Way to go Jen! I am curious about the cayenne pepper and garlic salt mixture. What is the ratio? And you said Jen puts it in her coffee? Or was that just the cayenne in her coffee? How much? I may be crazy enough to try it!
