lol... In today's Polyphasic entries. Day 21, I was just talking about adding another time slot between the 3am - 7am and then you suggested the exact same thing. Although it is in the recordings and not in the writing part. I will be posting it late tonight, but I do agree with you. Although I did make it through today, but just barely, so I may try it tomorrow.

Unfortunately the sound card on my laptop doesn't work right now so I can't hear any of your posts. But they're still fun to read.

I was thinking that it might work to buffer the 7 AM with a 20 minute at 5:30 AM and then another one at 8:00 AM? That way you are still training your body to take sleep in 20 minute increments and not allowing it to get used to longer sleep patterns, but at the same time you are only adding 20 more minutes to your day, instead of an additional hour or two. Then, as time progresses you can move those times closer together until you are able to get it back to just one time at 7 AM.

This was actually something I was thinking about for myself since I tend to get super sleepy after my 6:30 AM nap and usually can't last until noon for the next one. Spacing my own out so that I take one at 5:00 and then one at 8:00 would help, so it might work for you as well? Just a thought.
