		<description>lol.. I am too lazy to have to walk to turn it off. Just kidding, but, I agree, I need to just lay there even if I am not falling asleep.  As for the the too much sleep, I am learning that too.  Sometimes I am just wiped out because I slept over an hour.  It is crazy. :-)</description>

		<description>Try to be really strict with yourself about the times when you go to nap. Even if you don&#039;t feel sleepy -- just try. If it doesn&#039;t work -- after 20min, just give up and continue whatever you were doing. If it does -- make sure to have your alarm clock far away so you have to actually walk to turn it off. I&#039;ve found that having more sleep than needed is definitely a big no-no while on polyphasic.
