It is probably a combination of both external factors and trying to minimize my sleep time. However it may be due to more external factors lately. It is incredible how amazing our minds are and I notice that when I feel lonely or little depressed it is hard to be motivated to keep staying on this polyphasic sleep schedule. lol... of course that is probably true of anything. Lately, I just want to sleep for hours and hours some times. On the flip side when I am excited and feel like life is so wonderfully incredible, waking and sleeping is a piece of cake. So, on more self reflection I would surmise my recent issues with tiredness is stemming more from my state of being than anything else lately.

I've noticed that for the past several days you've been feeling very sleepy. Any idea what's causing this? just trying to minimize the number of hours you are sleeping, or other external factors as well?
I'm asking because usually when I feel like that, it's when I've messed up somehow my polyphasic pattern. I feel better immediately after a nap, but sometimes it takes my second nap to feel completely "right". And with your schedule, I guess it takes many more...
It does seem though that you are making good progress on your goal.
