		<description>It&#039;s interesting you say this about the long core because a little over a week ago, I had to completely move around my schedule which resulted in a couple of monophasic days. The result: I felt very sleepy on those. Although during my vacation I had no troubles with going back to monophasic, I&#039;m starting to think that polyphasic sleep might have a way of actually sticking to you :)</description>

		<description>I seem to be all over the place at least when it comes to actually staying on schedule. I can say, as you have mentioned before on your blog, that getting right back on it is not a problem.  I much prefer to sleep less now and when I get a long core in, say 5 - 6 hours I feel so tired for most of the day.</description>
