		<description>If you are making large deposits of over $10K and not declaring it on your taxes, then yes, of course the IRS will audit you.  However, if you are making smaller deposits the IRS is not going to bother checking accounts unless you are randomly picked for an audit, but even if they did audit you, as long as you declared the money, you will be fine.  Remember, on the federal level, there is no law against online gambling if you are the player; Institutions and taking bets, yes, but not the player.</description>
