No matter what people say yes or no you can still do it. There are so many websites that you can use to bet online. I can’t imagine that they will single you out and arrest you. Just look at what happened with Full Tilt Poker they knew millions of Americans were betting online even though technically it was illegal. When they busted full tilt they were actually trying to give people their money back without taxing them!!

Unfortunately the way the US government is acting and offshore sportsbooks reactions, it looks like wagering over the internet is becoming (or will become) near impossible. I hate the morality police of this country. I am looking for a huge resurgance of local bookies over the next year and it could be a turn for the worse. I hope I am wrong on this subject.
