Oh, I absolutely understand you. I love blogging and writing, but as some of my friends have mentioned to me, lately, my blog has been mainly about polyphasic sleep, while I used to talk about many other topics, and I feel this is somewhat hurting what I'm trying to do. Ideally, I'll keep up giving valuable information about my polyphasic experiment, but also maintain my other topics... This however requires I revisit how often I give polyphasic updates.
And yes, I can't even imagine what it must be to do this daily -- despite having more hours in the day, I still barely have enough time to do it weekly so... daily is just amazing :)

That is the main issue, the time involved in making these post begins to wear on me. Don't get me wrong blogging overall is fun and sometimes therapeutic, but it is also time consuming and most people just don't realize how much it takes to maintain something daily as I have been doing here. Like you said, you started posting once a week about polyphasic and now even pushed that back and feel like it is a time consuming task instead of something fun. However, that being all said, I am excited about this new 10 minute nap time I am doing, so I may continue daily, just to see how it develops.

Well I will certainly miss your daily updates if you decide to do so. Although I didn't comment on every single one of them, I certainly followed them. But I do understand why you'd switch to that... I started doing updates once a week, and now I'm doing them more like once every two weeks... I sometimes wonder whether the time I spend writing about polyphasic sleep doesn't take up all the gained hours from my experiment :)

It is strange to now think of 4 hrs a day as a little too much sleep. I am looking forward to making 3 hr 50 min - 4 hr a day schedule at the end of this month. I think I will also stop the daily updates and just do a once a week thing. Although I will probably keep the daily total amount of sleep on the main page, but only make a summary once a week.

If I've observed correctly, your current pattern is: a few days of less than 3hrs per day followed by a day of slightly more than that, and then back to less than 3hrs. I think that's pretty good! A day of "oversleeping" isn't bad at all when you get all those extra hours the rest of the time.
And by the way, I seem to have a somewhat similar sleep pattern where I'll be perfectly fine on my 5.2hrs of sleep, and then I'll mess up having a slightly longer core sleep (and thus will skip a nap to keep the total number under control). I'm really wondering if after a few more months this will normalize, and our bodies will just be able to accept polyphasic sleep fully.
In any case, my 5.2hrs look like so much more compared to your sleep :-) I find it funny because a couple months ago, I regarded myself as someone who did not sleep much in general (~6-6.5hrs), but now I have another standard set.
