Polyphasic Sleep Day 81 – April 16th 2011

Total Sleep Time: 6 hrs 14 min

4am – 3 hrs 43 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 glass of cran/grape juice
  • 1 beer
  • 1 T-Bone steak

I went right to sleep and woke 1.5 hours later, but then I laid there thinking, why bother getting up?  So I went back to sleep

7am – Skipped

I was still asleep when thin time came up

11am – 1 hour 47 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 Whataburger potato, egg, & cheese taquito

Again, same as before. I woke 10 minutes later like a normal nap, but then didn’t feel like getting up.  I just really don’t have any motivation.  I really need to decide what I want to do for the next 3 years.

3pm – Skipped

Left to go spend some time at Main Street Coffee Bar.

7pm – 44 min

Late about 1.5 hours

Meals

  • 5 cups of coffee
  • Chicken Fried Rice from Lambo Wok

I fell right to sleep and woke 10 minutes later, but laid in bed until I fell back to sleep.  Didn’t have any need to get out of bed.  Thought about opening a bar again.  At least that would get me to work open til close 7 days-a-week doing something I enjoy.

11pm – Skipped

I didn’t bother since I had slept so much today.

Total Sleep Time: 6 hrs 14 min

Thus ends day 81 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I just really didn’t want to get out of bed.  Although Elizabeth has been great, whenever I do see or talk to her, I still keep expecting her to go off or something.  Anyway, been talking to a couple of people about opening a bar.  I really need to find something to do that will pass the time that I enjoy.
