I was too busy to really eat anything and yes I already blew the day for making it two days in a row under 2 hours. I even started this session just over an hour late. On the bright side, I am wide awake. I actually took 5 naps between the 3am – 7am. Normally I would just post that under the 7am title, but all these napped happened after the 3am time.
5 nap times taken from 4am – 7am:

LOL, almost a whole day in between that little time slot, crazy. However, I think I am going to add a 5am time slot. So, instead of 6 naps, I will take 7 at least for now. If I follow the plan that would increase my daily time from 1hr 48min to 2hr 6min. Of course if I can pull that off, then that will definitely be a success. I always thought, growing up, that 4 hrs a day was incredible. I mean, I had heard people like Einstein, Tesla, Jefferson, and Edison had all done it, but I never could following a monophasic sleep pattern and I had given up on it years ago. So that has always been my aspiration in this, was to beat the 4hr daily mark. However, that doesn’t even seem like it will be a problem, so I have upped the goal to have an entire month with an average of less that 3 hrs a day.

Started Late: 30 minutes
It took me a little bit to go to sleep and I woke with 36 seconds left. I feel rested, but at the same time I am somewhat out of it. I am running behind again, I still haven’t had breakfast. I will probably work on the new schedule then.
3pm – 7 min

Started Late: 2 hr 30 minutes
Started this one extremely late. I laid down, but didn’t put my phone on silent as I normally do and I received a phone call. I never went back to sleep. I am somewhat tired and my eyes are starting to hurt and I just noticed I am getting little bags, but it hasn’t really started, the bags that is. The last thing I want is baggy eyes. I will keep ya informed.
7pm – 18 min

I went straight to sleep. I woke up a little tired. I didn’t work-out today because I was running behind for the entire day. I still haven’t even made it to lunch on my schedule and it’s 7:44pm right now.
11pm – 18 min

- 1 Stuffed Crab – It was sooo good
- 1 Pretzel Rod
I fell right to sleep and woke fairly easily. I only feel a little groggy, but I just woke up. That Stuffed Crab was very good and easy to make. I have to thank Elizabeth for that. She also was a little worried about me continuing to follow Polyphasic especially after that incident driving home yesterday. Well, for now, I will continue. However, getting less sleep in nice, but it feels like I am always struggling with waking, sleeping, and this cycle just seems to come upon you so quickly sometimes. However, life seems to be living from one sleep session to the other, consuming your life. Maybe it will change when I add that extra sleep time starting tomorrow.
