Polyphasic Sleep Day 37

Total Sleep Time: 2 hr 47 min

3am – 22 minutes

Started Late – about 45 minutes

Meals

  • Ground beef dip & chips

I laid down and slept through the timer.  The computer alarm woke me and I so badly want to go back to sleep.

6am – 1 hr 40 min

Started Early – about 30 minutes

Meals

  • Artesian Water

I was extremely tired.  I slept through the timer but the computer alarm woke me. I didn’t want to get up, but I did.

3pm – 16 min

Work-out

  • Chest – Increasing weight in Bench & Butterfly
  • Walk at Trail
  • Weight – 186 lbs

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of organic coffee
  • 1 potato, egg, & cheese taquito
  • 1 bag of organic chips
  • 1 sleeve of crackers
  • 1 little tub of natural garlic cheese spread

When I was heading to the gym, I was very tired.  However, once I started, I woke up nicely and was able to do  6 reps in both the Bench-press and Butterfly, which means next time I will be increasing the weight in Bench & Butterfly.  However, by-the-time 3pm rolled around I was tired again.  Just took a little longer to fall asleep.  I woke with the timer and feel rested.

7pm – 18 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of organic coffee
  • Chicken Fried Rice (from Lambo Wok in Bay City, TX)

About 30 min till this session began I started to get tired.  I managed to do some dishes and then fell right to sleep.  I woke to the timer and feel awake and ready to go, of course I have “Four Non Blondes” cranked up, so that might have something to do with my wakefulness.

11pm – 11 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of organic coffee
  • Chicken Fried Rice (from Lambo Wok in Bay City, TX)

I was pretty much awake as I just got my new cell phone in, a Motorola Charm.  It has a lot of cool stuff, so I read the manual and started messing with it.  I am using it as my new timer and I woke to roster sounds. Oh and it might be nothing, but my right eye has been blurring for most of the day.  We shall see if this continues.
