Well day 2 comes to an end and as you can see I was able to pick up some advertisers and affiliate programs. Interesting enough, I tried to get Go Daddy, since I was going to write a review between Go Daddy and HostGator, I left Go Daddy to be will HostGator, so you can just imagine how that review will go. Anyway, all of Go Daddy’s banner links were coded with iframes, something WordPress does not allow. So, I have an email into them requesting some links without iframes. I called customer service, but they couldn’t help me and suggested I email them.
Anyway, I started the day off a little later than normal, as I grabbed a Whataburger potato, egg, and cheese taquito, my normal Saturday routine. Then headed over to Main Street Coffee for nice cup of Joe. Talked about the website to a couple of people, trying to get them to check it out. Later I headed over to HEB for some groceries, Little Ceasar’s for some pizza, and then headed home. Played in a small poker tournament, winning $4 woot! Then started on the website. So, I spent about 11 hours on it. I know, doesn’t look like I have done much, but again a lot of time was done reading and researching.
Mainly concentrated on getting advertiser’s and working on the Free Picks page. Had planned to work on the recommended sports books, but never got around to it. There is just so many things you can do when it comes to blogging. I have like two pages hand written of projects to do. Just amazing.
Well, I better head out for the night, have a nice cold beer waiting for me.
