Took a break from watching Ugly Betty and came upstairs. I put on my soft Enya music and quickly fell asleep. Now begins the dread time where more times than naught I have fallen asleep for hours. Right now I am yawning and yawning, but that usually passes, as I write these entrees right after I wake. So, we shall see.
7am – 54min
I restarted the timer 3 times. I just didn’t want to wake up. I thought about just turning off the timer and saying it is Sunday after all. Why not just sleep in? Something I may start doing once I have hit 30 days.
11am – 0min
Just wasn’t tired and was quite busy. It is Super Bowl Sunday after all! Plus I had a couple of cups of coffee, yummo.
3pm – 18min
Started about 30 minutes late as I was taking a walk in the beautiful day. The sky is clear and the sun feels so good. Currently the temperature is 69. I woke feeling energized and rested.
7pm – 18min
Started about 2 hours late, was watching Super Bowl XLV (45) and Green Bay Won Woot!! I woke feeling energized and rested.
11pm – 0min
I wasn’t tired, but I had some time since I was in-between doing things, so I laid down and just thought about things. I didn’t even really close my eyes. No sleep for me.
Tip#2 – Don’t be afraid to follow your own path in Uberman. I have read on numerous blogs how you can’t be late or skip because it supposedly makes it very hard. However, everyone seems to be saying the same thing, like there was an explosion of information and it all came from the same source. I don’t know, but I skip sessions, I drink coffee, I eat starchy foods, and of course drink beer . I basically live my life the same, only with less sleep and lately with more energy.
hmm… I doubt that tip will fit on a fortune cookie, kind of long winded there.
