I was yawning profusely and fell right to sleep. I woke via the back up computer alarm as I slept through the timer. I am tired still and just want to sleep.

I was watching Dirty Sexy Money and started this main session late. I fell asleep fine, but didn’t want to wake. Luckily Elizabeth woke me with her IMs
3pm – 14 minutes
Work-Out
- Arms – moving up in weights for bicep
- Body Weight = 187 lbs
Meals
- Artesian Water
- 1 cup of coffee
- Migas with bacon and cheddar cheese
- Presto Chicken Sandwich from (half-baked)
I didn’t think I was going to make it to this time session. On-the-way to the gym, I was so tired, but I forced myself to go in and I rocked the weights. I couldn’t believe I was going to be able to increase my bicep weight; great job me! By-the-time 3pm came I was tired. I went right to sleep, but woke with 4 minutes left.

It took a few minutes to go to sleep, however I slept through the timer and was awaken by the computer alarm. I don’t feel tired so that is good.

- 1 cup of coffee
- Cottage Cheese and Flaxseed oil
- 3 pretzel rods with organic mustard
- 1 handful of Organic Fruit & Nut Trail Mix
I know I wasn’t going to lay down unless I was tired, but my eyes were starting to burn some so I did. I never fell asleep, but at least my eyes feel more rested.
