I was so tired trying to reach this time session and for some reason I was thinking I had to stay awake til 7am, imagine my happiness when I remembered it was supposed to start at 6am. I quickly got everything ready and fell right to sleep. I awoke to the cell phone, well, actually, I sat up straight thinking I had over slept. I grabbed the cell phone and it went off. I woke right on time by myself. I feel rested and ready to start the day.

Work-out

- Artesian Water
- 1 cup of organic coffee
- 1 migas taco

I was so very tired that I couldn’t make it to 3pm. I took my nap at 2pm. I awoke to the call of the rooster on my cell phone and feel surprisingly rested and awake. On my work-out, I had a slight pain in my right rotator cuff and since I use heavy weights, I didn’t want to risk it, so I only walked today; pretty good excuse
7pm – 17 min
Started Early – about 30 minutes
Meals
- Artesian Water
- 2 cups of organic coffee
- 3 pretzel rod with organic mustard

I couldn’t make it to 7pm. My eyes kept closing and I had to get some rest. The rooster sound on my cell phone really seems to wake me up. I fell almost right to sleep. I am still a little groggy, but hopefully that will fade.

It seems I have been tired most of the day or at least I felt that way. I feel better now. Grr! I had this under 3 hours for the day in the bag and then I decided to just lay down for a sec… lol… 30 minutes later I awoke.
Total Sleep Time: 3 hr 03 min
Thus ends day 38 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I felt tired most of the day. My eyes have been heavy nearly the whole day with only a few times of full wakefulness. This type of feeling is definitely not conducive to a productive environment and I might have to add another sleep time session if I can’t get this feeling under control. I mean, I could do this schedule but if I continue to feel this way then it is just not worth it.
Sleep Well,

Why do you drink Artesian Water?
Artesian Water is the highest quality of water currently available in mass production. Our bodies have enough issues to deal with and filter out as it is, so I make sure to drink at least the best water I can get to better my health.
Thanks for the answer.
I am trying to do polyphasic sleep myself, i started 2 days ago and i have 32 days until i need to be adapted.
My goal is to sleep as few hours daily as possible, but i read that is wasn’t necessary to start out by doing only 20 og 30 min. every four hour.
I started by cutting 1,5 hours of my normal nightsleep (9) so i ended up sleeping 7,5 and then i tried sleeping 2×20 min during the day.
But i almost couldn’t fall asleep so i cut another 1,5 of my nightsleep. So now i am sleeping 6 hours at night and 2×20 min. during the day. But still i use almost 1 hour just laying in bed before falling to sleep.
But maybe if i go on like this (6 hours at night and 2×20 during the day) i might be tired enough to fall asleep in lets say 10-15 min.
BUT, here’s the question. Don’t you think this kind of adaption takes a lot longer than it does if i slept 3 or 4.5 hours during the night? Because actually i don’t (desperately) need more than 6 hours. So maybe my brain doesn’t understand or at least it takes longer for it to understand that it need to go directly in to the REM sleep during the 2×20 or 3×20..
What do you think??
(sorry for the long “post”)
I used to stay awake for hours sometimes before I ever did Polyphasic sleep, but, I believe it wasn’t until I started the actually 20 – 30 min naps before it really went away. It seems once I started that, my mind had no choice but to shut down quickly. Eventually I would fall asleep in less than 30 seconds. To this day, even though I no longer do Polyphasic Sleep, I no longer stay awake for hours and usually fall asleep in less than 2 minutes.
Your method of Polyphasic Sleep is similar to Claudie, http://bohemiantranscendence.com/
