I was very tired going into this session as I didn’t sleep the session before. I went right to sleep and woke with the cell phone alarm. I woke though not feeling the best. I coughed a couple of times and my eyes were watery. However, I am up now, although I really would like to go back to bed.

I laid down and set my cell alarm for 20 minutes as I was going to do a straight-up Uberman today. However I stared at the computer alarm thinking I should set it, but I did not. I fell asleep and awoke from a call just over 3 hours later. So much for making up time today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I was busy working on the site and time got away from me. I finally got too tired to stay awake so I laid down, however shortly after I received a phone call and woke. Right now, I am a little tired. At least the next sleep session is in under 2 hours.

Now that I have signed up with Wealthy Affiliates and am under their 7 day trial account. It is time to use Polyphasic as it was meant to be, a nearly 24 hour work schedule woot!! Wait, gotta have beer, a nearly 22 hour work schedule woot!! Anyway, I went right to sleep and popped right up, getting back to the learning and studying.

I laid down but couldn’t sleep. I was thinking about the hundreds of Niche markets available and I couldn’t quiet my mind.

Thus ends day 41 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project overall I was not tired and felt good, but I did sleep quite a bit today. I am going to have to do a straight up Uberman day soon, if I want to get my average time back in line to achieve my goal for this month.
