Grr! I really need to get a stronger hold on my discipline. I was running late and set my computer alarm and stuff. I woke, turned off the computer alarm and then set the computer alarm again. I was tired and just didn’t care. However, somehow, I woke, walked over to my computer, turned it off and then went back to sleep. I don’t remember any of it. I am starting to get into a rut of over sleeping. Of course that is just my current perspective. I’m sure years later when I look back and see I was still sleeping under 4 hours that I will count it as a success, however for now, I need to start getting some 1.5 hour Uberman days to make up some time.

- 1 fried catfish filet
- 4 fried shrimp
- 1 order of fries
- 1 side salad
My cousin called and we talked about a lot of stuff. He is such an angry person it seems. Anyway, that was the reason for being a little late. I laid down and went right to sleep, but I woke with 10 minutes left. So, I laid down for a few minutes and then just stopped the countdown and got up. The Seafood I got from Blue Ocean in Bay City, TX. They have the best Fried Shrimp in the city. Their fish was okay, but their tarter sauce is best I have ever tasted anywhere.

I didn’t fall right to sleep, but eventually I did but was woken by a text. I needed to get up anyway because I had a Webinar to watch which started in 10 minutes. It lasted 2 hours, informative, but long. Oh and I had forgotten about this, until it happened, but I had a kind of brain fog when I woke. Something that hadn’t happened it a long time. I had even forgot all about it, but I guess since I have only be sleeping a few minutes these last couple of times it decided to make itself known.

My computer crashed hard core. So, I was trying to revive it and that made me late for my nap session. Then I laid there, thinking of how I was going to slave my main drive and see if I could do a recovery. Anyway, I couldn’t fall asleep. I got up and went to work on it.

Thus ends day 42 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project overall, very rested, but I am sleeping way too much for my goals.
