It took a while to fall asleep, but eventually it did. I woke feeling refreshed and awake.

I wasn’t really too sleepy, but I thought I would take a break and relax. Eventually I fell asleep and I woke feeling good

Big Daddy is back in the House! My main computer is back! As 7pm approach I started getting sleepy. I laid down and fell right to sleep. I woke with about 8 minutes left and didn’t understand for a second what was going on, like where was I, but that quickly faded and I fell back to sleep.

I wasn’t tired at all, figured I would laid down for a while. After 12 minutes I got up and turned off the alarms.

Thus ends day 45 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall what a day! I know, getting 38 minutes of sleep only today is crazy, but that is because of the huge sleep I had at the end of yesterday. This will be very interesting going into tomorrow, since I usually go out and have coffee and skip a nap session. I wonder what tomorrow will bring. If I should push a straight Uberman or continue on a normal course.
