I was getting really tired going into this nap and I thought I would fall right to sleep, but I didn’t. I eventually fell asleep. I awoke a little tired and I am starting to cough again.
6am – 1 hr 16 min

- hormone free ground beef, organic spinish, onions, organic picante sauce, spices, mozzarella, & cheddar cheese
I was extremely tired. I tried to just sleep 20 minutes, but as you can see, I didn’t have the will power. Right now I keep closing my eyes. I should be able to stay awake though.
11am – Skip

I am skipping this time slot since I slept a core nap.
3pm – 17 min

- 7 cups of coffee
- 4 jalapeno pretzels
I drank a lot of coffee at Main Street Coffee Bar today, however around 2:30pm I was getting extremely sleeping. I said my goodbyes and quickly drove to a shaded parkinglot. The cool air was blowing nicely and it felt really good as I drifted off to sleep in my truck. I woke refreshed and feeling good.

- 5 slices of Little Caesar’s Pizza
I just couldn’t make it to 7pm. After eating that pizza I was extremely tired however it took a long while to actually fall asleep. I awoke before my alarm went off and I was confused as to where I was. However, slowly it all came back.

My cell phone as already switch to Daylight Savings time. I didn’t even know it was tonight. I laid down, but couldn’t fall asleep. However, I do find it amusing I still didn’t make it 2 days in-a-row under 2hrs as I hit exactly on 2 hours for today. lol…

Thus ends day 46 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall it was a good day. I made up a little time and my goal is still achievable, we shall see what the future holds.
