Polyphasic Sleep Day 48

Total Sleep Time: 3 hrs 01 min

3am – 2 hrs 28 min

Started Late – about 2 hours

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • Beer
  • Baked potato cut into small slices, with ground beef, and lots of chille powder served with a tortilla

I was too caught up in Kyle XY to sleep.  Eventually I got too tired and had to lay down.  I thought I would sleep a core of 1 hr and 20 minutes, however when that time ended I woke and turned off all the alarms, but went right back to sleep :-)   Luckily I awoke on my own.

7am – Skip

Me eyes were closed and life was a dream

11am -17 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 1 Jalapeno Pretzel
  • Migas taquito

I fell right to sleep, but woke with 5 minutes left on the timer, however I fell back to sleep and woke via the cell phone.  I didn’t want to get up, but I did. I seem to be lacking the motivation to get up.

3pm – 18 Min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 2 Jalapeno Pretzels
  • hormone free ground beef, onions, organic spinach, spices (garlic, salt, & cayenne pepper), on a homemade organic tortilla with all natural garlic & herb cheese spread and picante sauce.  Yummo!

I went right to sleep and woke with the cell.  I wanted to go back to sleep but forced myself up.  I feel a little tired right now. Hopefully that will pass.

7pm – 16 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 4 Jalapeno Pretzels
  • 1 Pretzel Rods
  • 5 crackers with an all natural garlic & cheese spread

I wasn’t too tired and thought I wouldn’t fall asleep for a while, but soon I was in dream land.  I woke to the cell phone and feel awake and alert.

11pm – 00 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • Cottage Cheese with flaxseed oil and organic fruit & nut trail mix

I was a little sleepy, but couldn’t fall asleep.  I seem to be developing a trend of not sleeping at the 11pm slot.

Total Sleep Time: 3 hrs 01 min

Thus ends day 48 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall it was a mixed day of sleepiness and wakefulness.  I ended up going over my time by 1 minute.  I still need to make up some time to make sure I reach my goal for the month.  We shall see what tomorrow brings.
