I was running late due to watching Kyle XY. I finally fell asleep and woke to my cell phone. I laid back down and my computer alarm went off. I got up, turned it off and laid back down and fell asleep again. I have to get this under control. Somehow I have to make myself want to get up, but at 5 or 6 am I don’t really have any motivation to get up.

I was still running around trying to catch up on work, so skipped this one too…

I wasn’t tired until right as this time arrived. I went to sleep fairly quickly and woke with 12 minutes left, however I fell back to sleep.
7pm – 13 min

- Cottage Cheese and Flaxseed Oil
It took a few minutes to fall asleep and I woke with 4 minutes left, so I canceled my alarm and got up. I am a little fogging, but otherwise okay.
11pm – Skip

- 1 Pretzel with organic mustard
I was watching Kyle XY: Season 2 and didn’t bother to lay down. Although, that might not have been the best idea. We shall see…
