I was yawning quite a bit and decided to try and sleep early. I fell asleep quickly and woke to the alarm. I am tired right now and think I may just go and lay down.

I was extremely sleepy and couldn’t stay awake. I fell right to sleep. I slept through all my alarms and eventually woke on my own. It was hard to get up, but I managed and now I feel sleepy, but not too bad.

I was going to skip this time, but then I thought I would take a break. I fell asleep pretty quickly. I woke with 5 minutes left and laid there resting until I got up. I feel fully awake.
3 pm – 18 min

- 7 Fried Butterfly Shrimp with tarter sauce
- 1 order of French Fries
- 1 small salad with ranch dressing
After that yummo meal I was tired. I fell right to sleep and woke with the cell alarm. I feel good though

- 4 Pretzel rods with organic mustard
I wasn’t tired at all going into this session, but I thought I would lay down anyway. To my surprise I eventually fell asleep, but woke with 7 minutes left.

Going into this session I was tired and fell asleep fairly quickly, but I woke with 2 minutes to go. I turned off the alarm and got up. Every time lately I seem to be getting that brain fog for a few minutes and then it goes away.

Thus ends day 50 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall it was a pretty good Polyphasic day. I got under 3 hours so that is good
