I was watching a movie so I started a little late. It took a while to fall asleep, but I did. Right now, I am tired and want to lay back down.

I went right to sleep and woke via the cell alarm. However, right now I am extremely tired and not sure I will make it to 11am.
11am – 15 min

I had finally woke up but was getting sleepy going into this session. I eventually fell asleep and woke to cell alarm. Right now I have brain fog and my eyes are hard to focus. I am extremely tired.
3pm – 17 min

- 6 pieces of fried chicken
I wasn’t too tired but fell asleep pretty quickly and woke via the cell alarm. I feel okay right now, not too sleepy or too awake, just somewhere in the middle.
7pm – 16 min

I was doing okay until right about 7pm, I got very sleepy. However, it was right on time so I laid down, but for some reason I didn’t fall right to sleep, but I did start dreaming right away. I woke to the cell alarm.

I wasn’t tired going into this time session, but thought I would fall to sleep faster than I did. I eventually did and woke via my cell alarm.

Thus ends day 56 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I was surprised to make it under 2 hours. Now the question remains, will I be able to do it two days in-a-row. Something I have yet to be able to do since I started this project.
