I tried just the one 10 minute nap, but woke way too tired, so I tried 20 minutes, and still way too tired so, I settled on trying for an hour and woke via my back up computer alarm. All-in-all just over an hour of sleep and I feel a little tired, like a normal person when waking.

Went to sleep quickly and woke via my cell alarm.

I fell right to sleep and woke via my cell alarm. However, going into this time session I was extremely tired. The 10 minutes naps are great but I am not sure how long I can keep it going with only a core nap of 1 hour.

Work-out
- Went to the trail again and walked, the course is just over a mile I believe.

I was pretty awake going into this nap. However, right as I laid down I started getting really tired and fell right to sleep. I woke via my cell alarm and feel rested.

I was working on some training at Wealthy Affiliates and time got away from me. Anyway, I laid down to sleep, but it never happened. So, I got up when the alarm went off.
Total Sleep Time: 1 hrs 33 min
Thus ends day 61 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I felt nice and awake for sleeping under 2 hours and had 2 small workouts. We shall see if I can make it under 2 hours again tomorrow. I am shooting for a 1 hour core at 4am, so wish me luck.
