I just couldn’t fall asleep again until the very end. I woke via my cell. I realize I was supposed to sleep a core, but I just didn’t really feel like it so I tried for the 10 min nap instead. I am awake and fine right now, but not sure how long that will last. Heading back downstairs to watch some more Stargate Universe.

I got really tired and decided I would just try a 2 hour core as I needed to be up before 9am. I was able to get up, however I am yawning all the time and extremely tired. Cores are such a pain, I wish I could do the 10 min naps all the time.
11am – 3 min

Again I am having trouble falling right to sleep. Eventually I did and woke via my cell

I was trying so hard to stay awake til 3pm. I almost made it, but finally had to go to sleep. I fell nearly right to sleep and woke via my cell alarm
7pm – 1 hr 27 min

I was so tired going into this. When I woke after 10 min, I just didn’t want to get up, no motivation at all. I laid there and decided to just fall back to sleep and see what happens. I woke about 1hr 20 minutes later. So, tomorrow I will make 1.5 hours my core and see what happens

I was surprised I fell asleep at all, but I did. I woke easily via the cell alarm.

Thus ends day 71 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I was drained again. It could also be not getting the full 10 minutes in the naps. Right now after only sleeping 4 minutes, I feel awake but a little drained. hmm… I just don’t know. It could be so many reasons. Anyway, tomorrow I am going to try and sleep 1.5 hours for my core and see how that goes.
