For some reason I couldn’t fall right to asleep. I should have made this a longer sleep as I am a little tired right now.

I fell right to sleep, but I should have made the 3am time slot my core because I am very tired right now.

I had just woken from the 7am session
3pm – 1 hour 22 minutes

I just didn’t want to get up. I kept waking, but didn’t have the motivation to get out of bed.
7pm – 10 min
Started Late about an hour

I was going to skip this time session, but then I got a little sleepy so I laid down and went straight to sleep.
11pm – 10 min

- Cottage Cheese with Flaxseed Oil & Organic Trail Mix
I went right to sleep on this one and woke via my cell phone alarm.

Thus ends day 80 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I was not really motivated to do anything. Although I managed to do some online work, I just didn’t want to get up a couple of times.
