I started this one right on time, but I am a little out of it. Like I could crawl right back under the blankets and go right to sleep.
201102137am_0 7am – 2hr 43min
I have no idea what happened. I remember being really tired, but I don’t remember going to sleep and for some reason my computer back up alarm was not set. So much for “mind clarity” and all that crap.

lol… the audio says 11:45pm, I meant 12:45pm. Didn’t feel like making another recording This time came and went, I didn’t even pay attention to it.

I didn’t think I was going to fall asleep at first, but I eventually did and woke with about 1 minutes before the timer went off.
2011.02.13__19.58 7pm – 12min
Sometimes I think trying to sleep for 20 minutes is such a pain. Can’t we just not sleep at all? It sure wastes time it seems or rather wastes time when we want to do other things. I am awake, alert and feel good.
Recording 3 11pm – 00min
I started this session about 30 minutes late, but still never fell asleep. I have been working on trying to get Windows Movie Maker to not lose so much quality when viewing the preview via the timeline. Apparently there is just nothing that can be done. I searched for hours and no one had a solution. It is not so bad when you use pictures or video, but when using screen video capture it makes everything unreadable and very hard to see what is going on. Of course the final product is great, even HD quality, but still without being able to render while on the time line makes it extremely difficult.
Happy Valentine’s Day!!
Sleep Well,
