It took awhile to fall asleep. I remember checking the timer and there was only 15 minutes left. However, once I fell asleep, I did not wake to the timer. It was the computer alarm that woke me. I woke easily and had put some fries in the oven before I laid down, so I immediately went downstairs and ate them

After the 1st nap I was still really tired. I tried to wake up, but couldn’t so I took another nap. After that one, I was still very unfocused so I took another one. Finally I am feeling back to normal

I took the nap a little early because I wanted to head to the gym. I was tired, but when I woke, I was even more tired. I am trying to get ready to head out, but I keep wanting to sleep.

- 2 oz bag of Salt & Vinegar chips

The workout was great. Next week I will be increasing my weights in every chest exercise. I had extremely low levels of energy before I started, but there was a dramatic increase while I was working out. I started about 45 minutes late as I was talking with HostGator about the billing. Anyway, it is all taken care of. I thought for this session 20 minutes was too long so I set the timer for 15, well, I never heard the timer, but woke before the computer alarm went off. Right now I am nice and awake

Take Your Mama by Scissor Sisters

Meals

- 1 cup of coffee
- Something I made up real quick, sauce pan, added 1 inch of water, added some spagetti, then hamburger meat, onions, garlic, picante sauce, and spices over medium heat. 10 minutes later put in bowl, almost all water was gone. Added cheese and served with tortillas.
I was wide awake when 11pm came around and I eventually said I would try and sleep, so I did. It took awhile for me to fall asleep and then I woke with 5 minutes left but fell back to sleep
