I was so busy writing the article on Stop the Madness: The Hypocrisy of The Vegan that I just couldn’t sleep when I laid down. Right this moment I am extremely tired and not sure I will make it to 7am

I screwed the pooch on this one. Where the hell does that saying come from. lol… that sounds.. um… I don’t even want to speculate. Anyway, after not sleeping for the last two sessions, it caught up to me big time. So, it didn’t matter that my mind was active on doing more work, eventually sleep will win the battle and demand it’s pound of flesh.
11am – Skip

I was feeling awake and good and then within 30 minutes of this nap time I started getting very sleepy. When I finally laid down I went right to sleep. I woke with my timer, but wanted so bad to just fall back to sleep. I guess with all the sleep I have had lately, my body is wanting more or at least my mind is.

I didn’t fall right to sleep, but eventually I did. I woke with the timer. I am feeling much better, at least in the form of being awake.

I wasn’t tired at all when I laid down and I never fell asleep, but I did meditate and rest. Well, today was definitely a bust. Hopefully, tomorrow is another daaaaay…. tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you, tomorrow, your only a daaaaaay aaaawwwaaaayyyy. lol… lack of sleep I tell ya.
