I started a little late due to finishing the Kyle XY series. I fell right to sleep and woke via the cell alarm, but didn’t get up. I reset the computer alarm and went back to sleep. I woke via the computer alarm. Right now I feel tired and I keep yawning.

I skipped this session as I wasn’t tired at all by the time it arrived.
11am – 13 min

- eggs, ground beef, and corn tortilla chips
I was getting really tired as this time approached. However, it took a while to finally fall asleep. I awoke via the computer alarm as I just turned off my cell without getting up.
3pm – 18 min

- 4 pretzel rods
Again, I felt drained and tired. I went right to sleep and woke via the cell phone, but I am still tired.

I just could stay awake so I left to take a walk and that woke me up nicely. However as this session approached, I began to get very tired again. I fell right to sleep and woke via the cell alarm, however right now I am extremely Sleepy.

- 3 Pretzel rods with organic mustard
- 7 Jalapeno pretzels with cream cheese
- 1 Organic Apple – Sliced and Skinned
I was so tired until I ate that apple. Once I did that, I woke right up. I fell right to sleep, but woke with 10 minutes left. I laid there for a few minutes but couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up. I feel awake

Thus ends day 55 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I was battling fatigue the whole day. Once I took a walk, I woke up and when I had an apple, but most of the day has been hard. I might add, that I have had to relearn all the MLB systems and sometimes those algorithms don’t make since until I go over them a few times with my notes. So, trying to learn that again is mentally draining.
