Yep, totally blew this time. I started late and was extremely tired. I fell right to sleep and woke right on time 1 hour and 20 minutes later via my cell phone. I laid there for a few and my computer alarm went off. I turned it off and just didn’t feel like getting up. As I was complimenting getting up, I fell asleep and that was the end of getting under 3 hours of sleep for the day.

Was heading to Main Street Coffee Bar for my weekly ritual.

- Smoked Turkey Sandwich from Main Street Coffee Bar. It was wonderful.
I had to pull over into a parking lot for this one. I was surprised at how quickly I fell asleep, didn’t think I would for a while. Woke via my cell phone.

- 3 Jalapeno Pretzels with garlic cheese spread.
It took a while for fall asleep but I did. I woke to the cell phone. I feel pretty awake.

- 2 Jalapeno Pretzels with garlic cheese spread
- hormone free ground beef, with spices, picante sauce, cheese and garlic cheese spread served with chips.
I almost just got up from trying to sleep on this one, but I fell asleep and woke with 6 minutes left. I turned off the cell alarm and got up. I feel rested so that is good

Thus ends day 53 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall it was okay, just wish I didn’t have that big hibernation at the start of the day though.
