I started a little late due to finishing the Kyle XY series.  I fell right to sleep and woke via the cell alarm, but didn’t get up.  I reset the computer alarm and went back to sleep.   I woke via the computer alarm.  Right now I feel tired and I keep yawning.

7am – skipped

  • Artesian Water
  • 2 Pretzel rods

I skipped this session as I wasn’t tired at all by the time it arrived.

11am – 13 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • eggs, ground beef, and corn tortilla chips

I was getting really tired as this time approached.  However, it took a while to finally fall asleep.  I awoke via the computer alarm as I just turned off my cell without getting up.

3pm – 18 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 4 pretzel rods

Again, I felt drained and tired.  I went right to sleep and woke via the cell phone, but I am still tired.

7pm – 18 min

Work out

  • walk at trail

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 5 Jalapeno pretzels

I just could stay awake so I left to take a walk and that woke me up nicely.  However as this session approached, I began to get very tired again.  I fell right to sleep and woke via the cell alarm, however right now I am extremely Sleepy.

11pm – 8 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 3 Pretzel rods with organic mustard
  • 7 Jalapeno pretzels with cream cheese
  • 1 Organic Apple – Sliced and Skinned

I was so tired until I ate that apple.  Once I did that, I woke right up.  I fell right to sleep, but woke with 10 minutes left.  I laid there for a few minutes but couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up.  I feel awake :-)

Total Sleep Time: 3 hrs 06 min

Thus ends day 55 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I was battling fatigue the whole day. Once I took a walk, I woke up and when I had an apple, but most of the day has been hard.  I might add, that I have had to relearn all the MLB systems and sometimes those algorithms don’t make since until I go over them a few times with my notes.  So, trying to learn that again is mentally draining.

Sleep Well,

JD
