I again fell asleep without a back up alarm. I woke to a call from Elizabeth. I really got to stop going to sleep without a back up, especially on the 3am or 7am time slots. I am really tired right now and hope I fully wake up soon.

I was getting really tired right on time and I fell right to sleep. I woke via my cell alarm.

I fell asleep fairly quickly as I was very tired by this time. I was running late because I was out running errands. I woke via my cell alarm.

I fell right to sleep, but I adjusted my timer to make sure I will get under 2 hours for the day if all goes as planned.

I was tired but didn’t fall asleep right away. I woke to my cell alarm.

Thus ends day 59 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall it was a pretty good day for Polyphasic sleep. The ten minute nap times seem to work great.
