Polyphasic Sleep Day 64

Total Sleep Time: 3 hrs 58min

4am – 3 hrs

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 Beer
  • 1 Pizza – homemade organic

Well, thus starts my new Polyphasic 10-minute nap schedule and it went smoothly.  Notice my time change is now 4am.  I fell right to sleep and woke easily with the cell alarm.

11am – 10 min

Started Late – about 30 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee

At first I thought I was going to skip this session, but nope I started getting sleepy so I took the nap.  Woke fine and alert as always via cell alarm

3am – 28 min

Started Late – about 2 hours

Meals

Going through very personal issues and this time was pushed back.  I was just going to skip it, but I thought I should lay down.  Luckily I set my back up, since I had a feeling I wouldn’t want to get up and when my cell alarm went off, I just turned it off and went back to sleep.  My computer alarm woke me.

7pm – 10 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 tostada shell – the shell only with garlic salt added

I fell right to sleep and woke via my cell alarm, back on track.

11pm – 10 min

Started Early – about 30 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 organic apple

I was feeling really tired, well drained really.  Today, was an emotional day.  The kind of day you just want to crawl in bed and sleep an eternity and maybe if it wasn’t still Marchl I would have, but for now I got up and just stared at my computer screen…

Total Sleep Time: 3 hrs 58min

Thus ends day 64 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall as sleep goes, it was okay.  I did have that one long nap, but other than that it was good.
