Polyphasic Sleep Day 65

Total Sleep Time: 3 hrs 57min

4am – 3 hrs

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 Beer
  • 1 organic pizza

I fell right to sleep and woke via my cell alarm, but I really didn’t want to get up.  These long sleeps are so hard.  I am almost tempted to try less time for the core, just for comfort sake.

11am – 10 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee

I wasn’t very tired going into this one, but I thought I would take a break anyway and I fell right to sleep.  I woke refreshed via my cell alarm.

3pm – 10 min

Meals

I fell right to sleep and woke via my cell alarm.

7pm – skip

Artesian Water

  • 2 cups of coffee

I was wide awake and skipped this sleep session

11pm- 37 min

Started Early – about 15 minutes

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • BBQ chicken

I got really tired and fell right to sleep.  I woke via my cell alarm and then went back to sleep.  I woke on my own and feel refreshed.

Total Sleep Time: 3 hrs 57min

Thus ends day 65 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I felt okay, but I am not liking the massive 3 hour core.  I may try and tone it down a little.
