Total Sleep Time: 4 hrs 58 min

4am – 4 hrs 38 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 Natural Dr. Becker Blue Sky soda
  • Organic Popcorn

I slept in! OMG over 4 hrs, that is crazy!  O’ well.. I am sluggish and hope I can get going soon.

11am – 10 min

Started late – about an hour

Meals

After my hibernation I really didn’t want to sleep this session, but I got tired.

3pm – skipped

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 2 cups of coffee

I wasn’t tired and I was out and about getting my Assumed Name Certificate for the JD’s Auto Unlock

7pm – 10 min

Started Late – about 1.5 hrs

Meals

  • 2 cups of coffee

I finally laid down to sleep and fell right to sleep.  I woke via my cell alarm.

11pm – skipped

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • Cottage Cheese & Flaxseed Oil with Organic Trail Mix

I was watching The Gates.  It is a great series.

Total Sleep Time: 4 hrs 58 min

Thus ends day 66 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I ended up skipping a few times and I didn’t really eat anything too much today.  I was so caught up in The Gates tv series that I didn’t do too much.  At least it takes my mind off being alone.
