4am – 4 hr 32 min

  • 1 Tortilla – Homemade Organic
  • 1 Pizza

Well this time slot didn’t go so good.  I was all over the place.  First, I had planned on a 2 hour core, then I accidentally fell asleep for about 10 minutes without any timer.  I woke okay, but decided I really should try and sleep my core time now because I don’t really have the time at 7am.  However, I couldn’t fall asleep.  After trying for about 20 minutes, I decided to just get up.  As I was heading downstairs, I started to yawn and thought, okay, I would try again.  I set my alarms and fell asleep.  That is the last I remember until I finally woke.  So, I still haven’t gotten to really try a proper core, except the 3 hour one that I don’t like.

7am – skipped

Was a sleeping

11am – 5 min

Started Late – About an hour

Meals

I couldn’t fall right to sleep, but finally did, woke via cell alarm.

3pm – 8 min

Work-out

  • Walk at trail

Started Late – About an hour

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • 1 cup of coffee

I went to sleep pretty quickly and woke via cell alarm.

7pm – 2 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • Homemade Gumbo

I just couldn’t fall asleep.  I think I might have for 2 minutes though.

11pm – 10 min

Meals

  • Artesian Water
  • Homemade Gumbo

I fell right to sleep and woke via my cell phone.

Total Sleep Time: 4 hrs 57 min

Thus ends day 69 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I am still in a depressed state.  My motivation to do anything is really low and probably the only thing keeping me out of bed is Polyphasic.  I don’t want to have a sleep time of like 10 hours or something… lol…
