I fell asleep quickly and woke via cell alarm. When I woke, I wasn’t tired and felt refreshed. Finally it seems I have found a core time.

I fell asleep okay and woke 10 minutes later. Then I just laid there, not wanting to get up. I fell back to sleep while waiting. I didn’t set any alarms and woke on my own.

It took a while to fall asleep as I wasn’t very tired. I woke feeling refreshed. Knock on wood, but so far today I haven’t felt drained.
I tested the Above ad by making a new email account and went through the motions. To date I have not receive one piece of spam mail and although I didn’t sign up for any of the services, there is an option to pass on each one and some were interesting, I still received credit for them. So please, do me a favor and check this ad out.

I wasn’t tired at all, but thought I would try anyway. I figured at least I would get some rest. Well, I did manage to finally fall asleep and then I woke on my own with 2 minutes left on the timer. I feel awake and ready to get goin.

I wasn’t too tired when I laid down, but fell right to sleep. I woke via my cell alarm and feel awake and good to go.

I wasn’t tired at all, but thought I would try, but nope. I didn’t fall asleep, but I did rest and relax.

Thus ends day 72 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall it was a great day. I felt awake the whole day and not drained at all
