I was watching Cheers so I didn’t get to sleep for a while and besides I didn’t make the pizza until around 3:45am. Anyway, I didn’t use a timer, just wanted to sleep and see what happened. I woke over 4 hours later and was even more tired than before, however I did have some work to do so I managed to get started on that.

I had finished my morning picks and placed my morning bets, but hadn’t sent them out to everyone yet. The game I was on didn’t start for 3 hours and I was so tired. So, I laid down, but then I started receiving emails and texts about if there were any morning games, so I got up and finished up my morning work of notifying everyone of my plays.
How to Easily Train Your Cat to Walk On a Leash
If you’re like most cat owners, you probably think that training a cat to do anything – much less to walk on a leash – is nearly impossible!
Let’s face it, cats are smart. They’re independent. They simply don’t want to be told what to do. That’s why they say “dogs have masters but cats have staff”!

Thus ends day 82 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I think I am getting some desire to wake up again. I just need to find something to do. The Squidoo pages are fun and easy to make and still keep me in the Internet Marketing Loop. Anyway guys and gals I am heading off into another day. Y’all take care.
Sleep Well,
JD
In fact, I find you’ve managed to deal with polyphasic sleep really well having in mind all the things you’ve had to go through — I think I’d be way more devastated than that, so congrats on staying strong!
Also, I think that finding something to keep you busy (and to fill out all those hours during which you are awake) is definitely a good move. Anything to keep your mind off wandering aimlessly. Don’t give up on polyphasic sleep yet Just start stg which will motivate you to get out of bed.
PS: I’ve noticed you’ve had a lot of “3-5″ min naps — aren’t those a bit too short? or you really can’t sleep anymore than that?
Claudie recently posted..Weeks 11 and 12- Traveling while on polyphasic sleep- pausing- and getting back to it
I was terribly devastated the first few times, but by this time, it was nothing new and it wasn’t until the next morning that I realized it was different and I just couldn’t keep living this way.
Yes, 3-5 minute naps are extremely short, but I always set my alarm for 12 minutes. Sometimes I go right to sleep and other times I don’t. However, I don’t reset the clock. Besides, usually, I can be extremely tired, but even with a 3-5 minute nap, I wake refreshed. So, I might have slept for that time, but I also rested for the entire amount, so….
