I was very tired, but I didn’t want to sleep a long time so I only set the alarm for one 10 minutes session.

I was supposed to have a long nap in here somewhere. I fell asleep pretty quickly and woke via my cell phone.

I had planned on 10 minutes, but then did another 10 minutes and another and then another, til eventually I just fell back to sleep without an alarm.

- 2 handfuls of organic trailmix
I laid down but couldn’t fall asleep for a while. I eventually did and woke via my cell alarm.
11pm – 4 min

- Rotisserie Chicken with BBQ sauce, Cheddar cheese, and Cilantro
I just could go to sleep and then Callie came and jumped on me too, but eventually I fell asleep and woke via my cell alarm.
Total Sleep Time: 2 hrs 26 min
Thus ends day 67 of the Polyphasic Sleep Project and overall I am surprised at only sleeping 2 hrs and 26 min. It seems I may have to make some adjustments to my main amount of core sleep. I will experiment with it over the next few days to get a really comfortable time that works well for me.

I’ve tried to catch up with your updates from the past few days, and it looks like you’ve been doing pretty good with those 10-min naps. When are you switching to a 3-hr core? Or are you doing it progressively?
Also, I hope the personal issues from a couple days ago got resolved! Such things happening have such a negative effect on our day sometimes…

lol… I have been trying to get some kind of core going, but I am all over the place. The only thing I am pretty sure about is, I do not like the 3-hour core. I am thinking maybe a 2-hour or 1.5-hour. I may give the 3-hour another try, but I felt so tired after sleeping that long of a core.
As for my personal issues, nope they are not resolved and most of the time I just want to curl up and sleep or eat a bunch of junk food or just do nothing at all. Maybe I should say they are resolved just not to what I would want, however with time, I will be back to “normal” just wish it would happen sooner rather than later.
