This project is my daily blog. Now, I was just going to blog like everyone else, but then I actually started to make a couple of bucks. So, now, this project has turned into a money making blog. Woot!

I went over and checked out this, Profitable Blogging Secrets, and signed up for the free 7 day book email thing the site offers. I recommend you do the same, it is completely free information

Update #1:
Okay, I am impressed with his daily emails so far. He hasn’t said anything new, but he would have saved me a few hours if I would have just started out with his emails. So, far, it has been good information. He does send a couple of emails to purchase other stuff, but his Day 1 and Day 2 and so on emails are informative and best of all they were free.

Update #2:
I received my next email and there are some things he suggested that I didn’t even think about. So, I will be trying them in the future and see if these tips really work. However, I have to say, I am very pleased with his free daily emails

Gift Card Pennies to Charity

I had this problem where I received a Visa gift card, but once it got down to around $1.10 it was hard to find anyone to accept it, much less the ones for 30 cents. So, my solution was to create a place to accept these nearly worthless cards and then I thought, “what if there are other people with the same problem and just want to get rid of them.”

So, I created this little button. Now, it accepts all forms of major gift cards, like Discover, Visa, Master Card and so on, but I haven’t really had any luck with my Discover card ones. As to my Visa ones, I did register my Visa Vanilla gift card before using the button below. To register at the Vanilla site they just ask for your zip code.

Anyway, after selecting Master Card or Visa button below, you can change the quantities to make it match the remaining balance on your card. Also after selecting the button below you will notice on the lower right side the option to pay as a guest with a Visa, Master Card, etc instead of using a paypal account.

Now for the Charity part. We are talking pennies here and there are fees on my end, not yours, anyway 10% of all income received will be donated, once $10 in accrued to be donated, I will choose a charity that accepts paypal and make the donation. It has been around 9 months since my last blog. Time has a way of moving forward like a river and no matter what you do it just keeps going and flowing. I have shied away from Internet Marketing and just focused on my Sports Betting. I will be making changes to the website, slowly, removing ads mostly except perhaps Amazon. Going to move in a more personal site, an information site, mainly for myself, but of course anyone that stumbles upon it will probably find some useful information. Right now, I am slowly relearning how to even build websites again and stuff, however, I don’t plan to spend too much time on this, well, I guess time will tell.

As of right now I have had a great season in the NFL, NHL, and NCAAB, currently only NBA remains. Hopefully it too will end positive and I will have had and incredible over all season.

My life has gone through many changes of late and I still can not really discuss them on my open website. As much as I would love too, there are other people to consider. Although, I expect that all to change soon and I will be able to forge head long into a world of self discover and see where I end up.

Mini Review:

I watched “What’s Your Number?” last night and I gotta say. I really liked it. Although I have to admit, I was thinking the same as the main character, for a woman, I didn’t think 20 different guys was too terribly high, lol, maybe I just haven’t met the right women, lol. Anyway, it was a fun movie and I laughed quiet a few times.

I am the little baby in the center at 2 months old. As the caption says, this is Thanksgiving November 28, 1968.

As for the people in the photo, I never knew any of them and that includes my father Johnny Howard pictured holding me. There is a whole other half of my family I know nothing about, of course I don’t know much about my current family outside of my immediate ones and a few cousins.

Anyway, soon, within the next few years, I will be changing all that and reconnecting or just plain connecting with everyone in my family and my soul-mates. At least, that is the plan.

For some reason Netflix seems to think I would like this movie. We shall see.

Bay City Texas has Market Days every third Saturday of the Month. I took this last Saturday as I was driving by.

Those merchant tents surround the court house in the center of town. There is usually music playing and lots of food merchants too. This event happens in many of the small towns in the county and they stagger the Saturdays so no two events are happening at the same time. For some merchants this is all the work they do to make a living; traveling from town-to-town each Saturday.

Those spiny things sticking up are the trees that were recently severely cut back all around the square. It makes it look like something out of a dark bayou scene with death all around.

Eventually at 2:30am I went to Wal-Mart and picked her up some cat food. She couldn’t want until I put it in her bowl.

With those online poker site indictments by the US being issued, my page listed above is getting a lot of traffic lately.

I worked a little more on a Squidoo Page. These little things are fun and easy: Understand Cats – I updated this site a little. Of course you don’t get as much control, but for testing purposes, they are great. You see, I didn’t write that article. I just copied and pasted, making sure to give credit to where I got the page from and then added some ads to it.

I started watching Cheers and was laughing from the 1st episode. So, I may keep on watching it for a while.

I decided I would go and work-out now, not at a standard time daily, but whenever I actually felt like it. I usually at some point in the day want to work-out, but because it is not the right “time” I don’t go. Then when the time does arrive, I just don’t feel like going. So, hopefully, trying this new method will work.

After my work-out, I drove by the Hospital today and got some coffee. They have really good free coffee.

I am currently watching the L word. I am on season 2, since Netflix doesn’t have season 1. So far it is pretty good. I know it sounds strange coming from a guy, but the sex scenes just seem to distract from the show. At least they keep them down to a minimum given that sexual attraction is a big part of the series.

Roku just added Crackle to their line up. Anyway it has free movies to watch. So, I watched the movie:

Ultraviolet – When a vampirelike disease begins infecting the human population — giving the afflicted enhanced intelligence, fantastic stamina and lightning-fast speed — the world quickly divides into those who have it and those who don’t. Believing the infected to be a menace to society, the government seeks to wipe them out. But can one woman with the disease (Milla Jovovich) help save an infected child (Cameron Bright) from cruel and unusual punishment?

It was a little too CGI for me, but I had seen this movie before, at least I thought I had because most of it looked familiar. Anyway, it was a good popcorn movie. Now if only I didn’t put my huge popcorn maker in storage, it would have been perfect.

Little Notes:

I went to Main Street Coffee Bar today. I mainly just hung out and talked to Levi for a few hours. It was nice, but it really got me more motivated to open a bar again.

Cheers – Featuring a sterling ensemble cast, this long-running, award-winning NBC sitcom centers around Sam Malone (Ted Danson), an ex-baseball player turned bar owner, whose popular saloon is always filled with quirky customers and even more eccentric staff. Womanizer Sam falls hard for waitress Diane (Shelley Long), while barflies Norm and Cliff philosophize, egghead Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) bemoans his life and beer slinger Carla dishes out sarcasm.

I am finally getting back to a routine again after the major disruption to my life which can be read at the following link: Unexpected Break Up & Road Trip

Little Notes:

When I got back into town my neighbor wasn’t aware and the following morning she thought I had left my cat behind. She decided she was going to somehow break into my apartment through a window and get the cat. The lady is in her 60s, however when I heard someone trying to break in to my front window, I didn’t know who it was so I threw open the door and said, “What the Hell are you doing!” She jumped back and nearly fell over. I quickly apologized once I saw who it was. She was also very apologetic for bending the metal screen frame around my window. Anyway, she kept apologizing and trying to assure me she just wanted to make sure the cat was safe.
